Long ago
Before I was among the splintered souls
I was unsure of what I'd come to know
And reckless on top of it
Low and behold
I grew up to chase a moving goal
I met a burden I could never hold
But then I got over it
Now I'm too old
To admit that I can't bear this load
I should've listened back when I was told
"You're gonna have to live with this"
Well now I gotta live with it
