Discovering choices is not a question of intelligence

They have such skill at comprehending going to the point

I guess what I'm really trying to ask here is
What the hell is the point of this search of betterment?
Humanity brought this upon themselves, willingly
And, we knew the consequences
Yet we still strive to achieve more, to know more
I don't think content or satisfaction in our current state
With our current mind
Is something that no-one can properly achieve
I mean, look at me now
I'm all the way up here
