When the time had come
Dark clouds blocked the sun
The tides of time had turned
And darkness reigned
When all the lights were gone
We waited for the dawn
But all we saw was fallout all around
After it all I see the smoke fade away
Silence across the land
Forgotten ghosts on their way
To find a new home to stay
Life will rise up again
Let the storm descend
Upon the fields so black
Wash away the rust of olden times
