In the presence of a god or lack thereof, we exist
And the noises we make, heard for ages
From the surface of the earth to the sky
Echoing

Born
To start remembering everything
To stare into these eyes again
To look around
Oblivious

On our way towards the sun
We surrounded ourselves with wars, art, laws, regimes, gods
Stuck in the reins of reproduction loop
And still, the purpose not found

Born to start remembering everything
Born to shove the knife into the heart of a man
Born to look around
Born oblivious

Whole lot of misleading acceptance
Pretending to be one with all
We sail and the wind makes us rational
So we keep going on

We sail through the deepest of deeps and the wind makes us rational
While ignoring the clues, with our eyes closed, we keep going on
Until the day it stops

Oblivious, orphaned human kind

Born
To start forgetting everything
To not recognize the eyes
To fear the hours before the dawn
And to erase oneself out
