Can't move my arms, can't lift my head
Eyes are wide but locked in bed
Room is cold, the air feels wrong
The silence bends like something's gone
The doorframe shifts, a shape, a blur
It leans but never moves, just stirs
It hums in clicks, a glitch, a crack
Like metal teeth behind its back
Now closer, breath against my face
No time, no sound, no holy place
It doesn't walk, it seems to slide
It's by the bed, it waits to climb
Its fingers stretch, the ceiling groans
It presses down and shakes my bones
Chest won't rise, I'm sinking slow
Eyes are dry, I can't let go
It stays till light begins to crawl
Then fades into the hallway wall
